PROPOSAL OF KITAA PRINT

For proposal, my task is doing chapter 5. Chapter 5 is about IDENTIFICATION OF E-COMMERCE APPLICATION. I have to make some research for this chapter. After done the research, below are the results that I get.

Functionality / Features	List Of Functionality/ Features	Brief Descriptions
Registration	1)      Register / Sign up	Customer must register before they can proceed to buy our product in order to secure the customer information.
	2)      Login / Logout	After they register, customer can login and starts buy our product. If they wish to stop buying, customers can logout.
	3)      Contact information	All contact information such as name, address, telephone number must be provided in the registration.
Order	1)      Shopping cart	Customer can buy many products at one time by using shopping cart. This shopping cart will tell the customer about the product that the customer buy and the total amount that the customer must pay
	2)      View catalog	Customer can view the entire product that we have by viewing our catalog that available.
	3)      Search engine	Customer can search the product that they wan in the search engine
	4)      Customer service	Customer can give feedback or comment by sending email that have provided in the About Us page
	5)      Track order	Customer can track their order after make full payment and they will get email of the track number. They can check their track order using the track number.
Payment	1)      Payment using bank in	Customer can pay by bank in their payment and send the evidence of their payment by sending the picture of receipt to our email.
