In software and systems engineering, a use case is a list of steps, typically defining interactions between a role (known in Unified Modeling Language (UML) as an "actor") and a system, to achieve a goal. The actor can be a human, an external system, or time. Figure below is the use case for Kitaa Print.

Description:
This use case is use to enable customer to fill their details before become a member
Trigger:
Registration is use when the customers want to use the system.
Preconditions:
Registration form
Post conditions:
The customers are successfully become a member and they can login to the system
Normal Flow:
Actor
  1. The use case begins when customer click Sign Up button to register their personal detail such as name, identification number, address, telephone number, email and password into registration form. [UD: 1.01]

  1. Customer will submit the registration.

System
  1. A message will display after they had submit their registration form.
Alternative Flows:
The customer can close the system if they do not want to use the system
Exceptions Flow:
The system will pop up an error message if the customers wrongly enter the format.
